Adding Collaborators to Your Charts
Toggle Permissions
Let’s start by addressing what the toggle permissions are:
- If a user’s Collaborator access is toggled to YES, then they can edit the chart.
- If a user’s Collaborator access is toggled to NO they will not be able to edit the chart, but they can preview and download the chart, and copy its embed code to share outside of ClearGov.
Let’s walk through the steps of adding collaborators.
Adding Collaborators from the Charts home page
- From the Actions menu, select the More Actions icon.
- Select Collaborators.
- Select the toggles to make users Collaborators, or remove their ability to edit the chart.
- Select Save Collaborators.
Adding Collaborators from inside of a chart
- Select the Collaborators button at the top of the page.
- Select the toggles to make users Collaborators, or remove their access to the chart.
- Select Save Collaborators.
