Navigate to Charts in the left-hand navigation menu to view the dashboard. The charts table displays a list of charts created by those in your organization and useful details about each chart.
You may be able to see charts on which you are not a Collaborator. These will be displayed with black text instead of a blue link.
Pro tip: Even if you are not a collaborator on a chart, you can still preview the chart, download it, and copy its embed link to share it with others.
Navigating the Charts Dashboard
- Filtering: Select between viewing All Charts or Created By Me.
- Select Add New Parent Folder to create a folder to place/organize charts into.
- Select the Create New Chart button to start the process of creating a chart.
- Select the link See Locations Used to see if the Chart is in use in the Digital Budget Book or Transparency.
