Publicizing a Digital Budget Book

When ready, you will want to publicize your Digital Budget Book by providing a link to readers. For the book to be visible to the public, toggle on the "Visible to Public" toggle next to the Budget Book.

Then you will distribute the URL link to your constituents or publish to your website. There are two ways to obtain your web link:

1. To get that link, preview the Digital Budget Book in the Web Preview. Then, copy the URL in the browser's address. bar. Note: If you change the Budget Book Name in the Settings tab of the Digital Budget Book, the URL will adjust to match the new name. 
2. From the Digital Budget Book dashboard, select the Copy Budget Book URL hyperlink icon. The "Visible to Public" toggle is to the left, make sure that is turned on as well. 

Pro Tip: We highly recommend cloning and locking your budget book before displaying it on a website.
