FAQ: How Can I Get Training on ClearGov's Tools?

ClearGov's training materials and support channels are designed to ensure that you and your team can quickly learn, use, and get value out of the ClearGov platform. ClearGov Academy

ClearGov Academy is a robust library of courses to help you learn how to use ClearGov's products. Courses are broken down into short, digestible segments for easier learning.

In these courses, you'll find:

• Detailed guides and best practices
• Short instructional videos
• Interactive quizzes to test your knowledge and reinforce learning

To access ClearGov Academy, log in to your ClearGov account and go to the My Dashboard. You will see a link to ClearGov Academy under Support, Training, & More.

Group Workshops

Group workshops for each of our applications are held regularly throughout the quarter. These live, interactive sessions allow you to learn alongside your peers and see how other organizations utilize ClearGov.

These workshops are specifically designed for editor-level users, offering hands-on, live instruction on how to effectively use ClearGov tools for budgeting and financial planning. 

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for questions and answers. Register for an upcoming session below. Sessions are recorded and will be made available to all attendees. Note: You must be logged in to ClearGov Academy to access the registration page.

Quick Educations Sessions with the Training Team

Got one specific question or stuck on a small issue? A Quick Help Session is a focused, 15- to 30-minute session with a ClearGov Adoption trainer, designed to help you move forward quickly. We’ll ask you to complete a brief survey before the session so we can prepare and solve your problem quickly.
