ACFR Criteria Checklist
In the document select the ACFR Award Checklist link to manage and track your criteria progress. We recommend you use the provided checklist to keep track of the status of each item as you build your book. Your goal is to have a checkmark next to each item.
You’ll see the Criteria Sections & Completion list on the left-hand side of the checklist. Here you’ll be able to see the percentage of completion for each section, to the right of that you can navigate to the Section Checklists. In the section checklist, select the checkbox for each completed item and leave optional notes on an item.
Note: Per GFOA guidance, Sections 16 & 17 have been omitted from this general-purpose checklist.
Section 16 is used for the questions in the Investment Section used in the Pension and Other Postemployment Benefit Systems and in the Cash and Investment Pools report checklists. Section 17 is used for questions in the Actuarial Section of Pension and Other Postemployment Benefit Systems report checklist.
