Use this article after: Adding Dynamic Figures to your Document and needing to make updates year over year.
Note: Select any image to zoom.
After adding Dynamic Figures within a document, you can manage these figures in one place in your Document's settings.
Navigate to Dynamic Figure Management
1. Within your Document, select Settings
2. Select Dynamic Figure Management
Within this setting, you can perform the following actions. Select the action below to navigate directly to it.
Review your Dynamic Figures

Select Next to move through the guide. You can also zoom in and out of the image by selecting the Magnifying Glass in the bottom right-hand corner. You can view the full guide by selecting the External Link icon.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Select any type of Dynamic Figures (Account Based, Manual, Journal Entries, Formulas) you wish to review.
Drag and drop Columns to the Row Groups area to group Dynamic Figures together by a common data set.
Expand a Row Grouping by selecting the Caret to the left of the Group.
Open the Columns sidebar to select or deselect any columns.

Step-By-Step Instructions
From any Dynamic Figure, select More Action (3 dots) and View Details.
You can review details regarding the Dynamic Figure by selecting any of the Tabs (General Information, Usage, Formula Dependencies).
When you're ready to edit, select Edit Dynamic Figure to edit the dynamic figure you created as needed.
Select Save & Insert Dynamic Figure when ready.
Change the Version of an Account Based Dynamic Figure

Step-By-Step Instructions

Select all dynamic figures using the checkboxes. Select the checkbox next to Name to select all.
- Pro-Tip: If needed, use Row Groupings to help you organize your dynamic figures.
Select Change Version

Select the new Version(s) you wish to utilize.
- Pro-Tip: Selecting the Most Recent Version will make sure that the dynamic figure is always referencing the most recent saved version in your budget.
Select Change Versions when ready to save.
