Capital Budgeting - Edit General Information Settings

Locate the Settings in the upper right corner of a Capital Budget.

General Information Settings 

In the General Information Settings section, you can view the following information: 

• View and edit the name of this Capital Budget.
• View the Budget Year. Note that the Budget Year cannot be changed.
• Edit the Program Timeline. The Program Timeline reflects the years of the capital request.
  • Note: The Program Timeline can only be reduced if there are no existing requests with values in those years.
• Edit the dates of when Capital Requests can be submitted.
• You can view the creation information: who created the budget and when, along with when it was last updated.

Select Save Changes to keep your changes.
