Capital Budgeting - Edit Notification Settings

Locate the Settings in the upper right corner of a Capital Budget.

Editors and Contributors have unique Notification Settings. 

Editor Notification Settings

In the Settings, under Notifications, Editors can toggle the following options: 

• Request Submitted - This notification is sent when a capital request has been submitted by a Contributor.
• Request Re-Submitted - This notification is sent when a capital request has been previously submitted, reopened, and submitted again. 

Select Save Changes to keep your changes. 

Contributor Notification Settings 

Contributor Users in Capital Budgeting have their own settings they can toggle the following options: 

• Comment added - This notification is sent when another user adds a Comment to one of their capital requests.
• Review Requested - This notification is sent when a Request Status has been changed to “Review Requested”.
• Request Needs Revision - This notification is sent when the Request Status has been changed to “Needs Revision.”
• Request Status Updates - This notification is sent when the Request Status has changed on any of their capital requests.
