Vacant Positions are currently unfilled positions that exist in the Data Model Manager. Manage Vacancies in the Positions tab under Vacancies. Vacancies inherit the maximum possible associated benefits and additional pay.
Future Hires reside exclusively in the scenarios and are meant to act as a way to model out potential new positions in years beyond the scenario.
New Position Requests are department head input, requesting that the budget allow for a potential new Employee in a pre-existing position.
