To exclude a Vacancy from your Personnel Budget, simply exclude it from the Scenario in the Vacancies sub-tab of the Scenario. This will also prevent the vacancy’s costs from going into the Operational Budget because the Scenario determines which itemizations are created in Operational Budgeting.
