From the navigation sidebar, navigate to the Strategic Planning module under the Plan & Track solution.
The Strategic Planning Home Page is where you can create new plans, manage existing plans, and create and manage Strategic Planning Documents.
Below, we will walk through each of the actions you can take on the Strategic Planning Home Page for both Strategic Plans and Strategic Plan Documents.
Strategic Plans
From the Strategic Plans tab you can…
- Easily access the ClearGov Academy link to our Plan & Track training courses.
- Select + Create New Strategic Plan to start creating a new plan.
- View existing Strategic Plans by a card or list view, and search and filter to find the plan you need.
- View Archived plans.
- Select the three dots ( … ) on the right hand side of the table to access the Actions Menu.
- Edit the Existing Plan
- Archive a Plan - This will move the Plan to the Archived section. Archived Plans can be restored.
- Clone an existing Strategic Plan to re-use all your hard work.
