Planning Framework
A Strategic Plan is a 3 tier hierarchy comprised of:

Focus Areas - The foundational elements of your plan. Typically this is an expansion on your vision statement

Goals - Define the outcome you want to achieve and point to a future you intend to reach.

Action Items - Specific tactics required to accomplish a goal.
Note: If you are assigned Plan Items, you will be able to see the entire Plan and edit that plan's information. You can only edit the Plan Items you have been assigned. You can access Plan Items directly from the Dashboard or the Plan Manager tab.

Note: At ClearGov, we use the terms “Focus Area, Goal, and Action Item” but you may rename these terms for each Strategic Plan in Plan Settings.
