Score Individual Requests
You can score your requests as you’re creating them or after you’ve entered your initial information. To score an individual request after it has been created, select Edit from the request page or the request manager.
- Locate the scorecard panel inside the Request while editing.
- Enter the appropriate score from the dropdown menu next to each criterion. Your scores will be multiplied by their weight and added together to determine the total score for your project.
- View your total score in the Request Manager table in the “Scorecard Total” column.
Note: Although capital budgeting editors can adjust a request’s score at any time, capital budgeting requesters can only edit the assigned score of an unlocked request.
Bulk scoring capital budgeting requests
Quickly edit the scores associated with multiple capital budgeting requests without navigating to the individual request pages.
- Navigate to the Request Manager tab, and use the toggle to switch to the Scorecard view.
- Hover over the value you wish to adjust. Use the arrows next to the number to select the score for each criterion.
- When you’ve finished adjusting your scorecard, you can export it to a spreadsheet for use in other applications.
