Each text editor contains a proofreading tool to check your written narratives. Select the Proofreading icon to disable or edit settings.
The proofreading tool can suggest spelling, grammatical, and style guide corrections, correct spelling automatically, and autocomplete suggestions. You can also set up the tool to ignore all cap words, domain names, mixed-cased words, and words with numbers.
Pro Tip: Create your own customized dictionary by selecting the Go to Dictionary link in the Settings menu of the proofreading tool.
- Enter a new word that you want the proofreading tool to remember (e.g. Cleartown) and select the Add button.
- Once you’ve entered a word(s), Enter a dictionary name to customize your word list and select the Create button.
