FAQ: How can I prevent Supplemental Attachments added to Capital Requests from displaying in my Digital Budget Book or CIP Document?

Supplemental Attachments can be added to Capital Requests in the Capital Budgeting module, but you may not always want them to display in your Digital Budget Book or CIP Document.

Follow the steps below to prevent Supplemental Attachments from displaying within your document.

1. Navigate to the Document Settings using the link in the upper right corner.
2. In Settings, navigate to the Capital Projects tab.
3. Navigate to the Individual Project Type Details sub-tab.
4. Use the arrows to expand the sections under each Project Type (e.g. Buildings and Facilities).
5. Toggle the "hide" option for Supplemental Attachments
6. Select the Save Settings button to save the changes.
