Statement Setting Pro Tips:
- Use Common Settings to set your rounding and decimal preferences for the entire report.
- Schedule of rev, exp, and changes in net position - actual and budget - Use Column Management to create a change column called Variance to show the difference between the Final Budget versus Actuals. Make sure to delete any unneeded columns prior to adding new columns.
- Statement of fund net position - Use Fund Categorization to identify your proprietary funds. The Fund Categorizations will show up in Column Management if those funds are added as columns.
- Statement of rev, exp, and changes in fund net position - Simply maintenance by accessing the Dynamic Figures tab to edit or change a version
- Statement of cash flow - Reorder Major Fund columns in Column Management.
