Contributor Permissions control what your Contributors can or cannot do during a Request Round. Learn more about each permission below.
- Submit Budget - once the users in the department have entered their budget amount this user can submit the budget requests. Remember to assign at least one contributor in a department to submit budget information.
Note: Co-collaborators without the submit button can select the Done button to let other co-collaborators know they have completed working with requests. - Add New Accounts - lets a contributor add a new account to the budget.
- Add New Itemizations - gives the user the ability to add itemization to an account which provides a more detailed breakdown of an account.
Note: Itemizations total up to the account level. - Add Collaborator - permits a user to add and assign accounts, and invite another contributor.
- Archive Accounts - provides the ability to strike through and mark an in-progress account or itemization as an item that no longer needs to be budgeted. This is a great option for one-time itemizations that will no longer be budgeted for in the budget fiscal year.

- See Fund Balance Details - allows the user to be able to view fund balance details on the dashboard tab.
