- Ensure that all accounts are assigned to contributors. If there are any unassigned accounts, it’s advisable to assign them to yourself as a contributor to facilitate submission.
- From the Contributor subtab of the Collaborator tab check the statuses of the contributors who have the submit option. If the status of those contributors says viewed or reopened you may need to Force Submit those contributors' budgets.
- From the Worksheet, check to make sure that all accounts and itemizations have been approved or denied.
- Pro Tip: You can use the Status column on the worksheet to filter for the In Progress accounts. If any accounts/itemizations display you can then approve/deny those accounts to finish your approval process.
Need to reopen a Request Round?
You can iterate by sending to contributors as often as necessary. After taking action on all requests and closing your request cycle, use the Save Version button to save your version. Then, follow the process of inviting your contributors again.
