It is common for Schools to use Job Titles that are in alignment with Years of Experience or Level of Education, such as Degree + Years of Experience.
Note: If you don’t already have job codes, you must create a unique job code for each job.
Below is a screenshot of a Wage Schedule Import that has been configured as a Teacher Wage Schedule. In this example, the Job Title column is where you’ll input the Lanes of your schedule.
