In the Digital Budget Book module, you can generate a narrative within a content block of a financial page. Use this option when you want to create or edit text for an individual content block.

Select a financial page from the table of contents on the left then, navigate to the content block of the financial page to insert a narrative.
2. Select the Generate Narrative button on the bottom left.
3. Review the narrative for accuracy and make any necessary edits.
Pro Tip: Select the Revision History icon in the text editor menu to save a version of the narrative to review later.
Note: You must regenerate the narrative if you’ve made changes to your financial data. Simply, click Generate Narrative(s) again for the drafts to be rewritten.
