4 Steps to Budgeting with Scenarios
Step 1: Create a Baseline Scenario
After all your hard work setting up the Data Model Manager and Positions, it is time to budget! Creating a Scenario is your first step. We recommend creating one Scenario without any changes to save as a Baseline.

Step 2: Model Changes to Your Personnel Budget
Within Personnel Budgeting Scenarios you can account for cost of living or merit increases in Wages, monetary changes to Additional Pay or Benefits, and the cost of unfilled Vacancies.

Step 3: Create Additional Scenarios and Compare
You can Clone a Scenario or Create a New Scenario to model out different budgets. Within the Scenario's tab, you can compare your Scenarios against each other.

Step 4: Use the Scenario Data
Using data from a Scenario, visualize your Personnel Budget on the Dashboard and export your budget through Reports. Import your Personnel Budget into your Operational Budget.
