How Do I Manage Rounding Adjustments?

From within a financial statement, click into a financial cell.

• If there is an existing dynamic figure defined, the Dynamic Figure Details screen will open. 
• If there is no dynamic figure defined for this cell, the Dynamic Figure creation screen will open. Define a dynamic figure and select save and insert the Dynamic Figure.

1. From the dynamic figure details screen, select the +- icon beside the Dynamic Figure Value in the General Information tab. The hover-over option for this icon says Manage Adjustment.

2. Provide a value by which to adjust. Optionally, define a reason for the adjustment, i.e., “rounding to balance assets against liabilities and fund balances.”
3. Select the Save button.

You will see adjusted values highlighted in yellow in the statement for easy identification
