Collaboration on Funding Packages allows multiple users to work together on funding requests. This enables departments to collectively capture and review data, helping ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and representative of the entire team’s input.
Create and Manage Teams
Teams are groups of Operational Budgeting contributors who share access to the same funding packages, enabling coordinated input, review, and management of requests.
- Navigate to the Funding Packages tab
- Navigate to the Teams sub-tab
- Select the + Add a Team button
- Inside the Add a Funding Package Team form, enter the Team Details.
- Enter the Team Name and an optional Description
- Select Department/Divisions
- Choose the team’s Submitters (usually a department head) to review and submit packages. All other members of the team are contributors.
Note: Collaborators may see the Submit button even if they are not designated as a submitter; however, they can only submit a funding package if they are listed as a Submitter in the Add a Funding Package Team form.
After a team is created and contributors are assigned, all team members can collaborate when creating and editing funding packages, ensuring shared visibility and coordinated updates.
