Operational Budgeting - Budget Version Labels

After saving an initial Baseline version, you will have options to help label different saved versions. This is optional.

Each version label has a corresponding color that will appear next to that version name in the Worksheet and column menu.

• Baseline (Yellow Highlight) - The financial baseline to reference for this fiscal year. If you invite contributors prior to saving a version the system will automatically save a version called Baseline for you.
• Requested (Orange Highlight) - The department requested values for this fiscal year. This version is created automatically after Closing a Request Round.
• Finance Approved (Green Highlight) - The finance team approved values for this fiscal year. This version is created automatically after Closing a Request Round.
• Council Approved (Green Highlight) - The council approved values for this fiscal year. Editors can manually add this version.
• Adopted (Blue Highlight) - The adopted budget values for this fiscal year. Editors can manually add this version.
• Final (Pink Highlight) - The finalized budgeted values for this fiscal year. Created when the Finalize button is selected.
