If its your first Capital Budget with no projects pending resubmission, feel free to change this number on the General Information Settings page.
If you have previous year budgets pending resubmission and need to add additional years, we would recommend archiving and deleting the Capital Budget you created and recreating it to ensure that the previous budget's data comes forward. If this isn't a factor, feel free to change this number on the General Information Settings page.
