Use this article after: You have created or edited Local Rules and receive a warning message that there are rule conflicts that you must resolve.
If an account is mapped to two lines in the MDFM, you will see a warning banner appear informing you there has been a "rule conflict." Follow the steps below to resolve rule conflicts.
- Select the Resolve Conflict button.
- In the dialog menu, select the pencil icon to the right of the rule you want to change.
- Repeat the steps above to edit the rule to resolve the conflict.
- After editing the rule, re-link the rules by selecting the chain icon at the top of the screen to double check that you have properly resolved the conflict.
