What is the Analytics Tab?
The Analytics section of your Engagement Website allows you to view and download data that helps you uncover meaningful patterns and insights. Use this information to better understand your community and drive informed decision-making.
Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard provides a visual summary of your Engagement Website's activity at a glance. Here you can view key interaction statistics including total visitors, unique visitors, total feedback recorded, followers over time, letters of support, and a breakdown of positive and neutral sentiments — displayed graphically and with summary statistics.
Download Analytics Data
The Download Analytics Data button allows you to export your Engagement Website's data as a PDF or CSV, depending on the data type.
- Select Analytics in the navigation sidebar.
- Select the Download Report button.
- Indicate if you would like a CSV or PDF format, then select the data you would like to include in your report, such as visitor metrics, poll responses, and other key engagement information.
- Generate & Export the report
