Who Receives Updates?
From your Engagement Website, you can post an Update to anyone who has clicked the Subscribe button on your published website.
Post your First Update
Once your Engagement Website has been published and distributed, we recommend posting Updates regularly to keep your subscribers excited and involved.
- Logged into your Engagement Website, navigate to the Updates tab in the left-hand navigation.
- Select New Update
- Choose from one of the established templates for an already drafted email! Easy to make edits and send out to your Subscribers. If you don’t want to use a template, you can select Blank Update to create your own.
Edit, Preview, or Delete an Update
In the Updates Tab, you can Edit, Preview, or Delete your Updates.
Adding the Updates Widget to your Website
Once you have posted your first Update, you can display the most recent updates on your Engagement Website.
- On any page of your Engagement Website, where you can add a Widget, select Add Widget.
- Select the Widget called Updates.
Below is an image example of an Update Widget on an Engagement Website.
Note: The Update shown in the screenshot below was created using the Update Template named “Upcoming Meeting.” We recommend using templates to make posting updates even easier.
