Use this article when: When you want to create adjustment entries or conversion entries externally, outside the ClearGov platform, and bulk upload them into the MDFM.

Follow this guide to learn how to download your adjustment entries or conversion entries and upload them into the ClearGov platform. This process ensures your entries are added to your trial balance in a couple of clicks, without the need for manual re-entry in the system.
Step-by-Step Guide:
How to Upload Adjustments to Disclosure Studio
- To upload journal entries or adjustments, click the blue Upload button from the sidebar.
- Select "Adjustments Upload".
- Select the data set to which the adjustments should be added from the Dataset drop down menu.
- To see the allowed format for the data file that can be uploaded to the system, please download the template.
- Fill out the excel template with your journal entries.
- Save the file in Excel.
- Back in Disclosure Studio, click "Select a file" and upload your adjustments.
Note: The Excel file must contain only a single tab, and formulas are not permitted.
Additionally, you may upload a .csv file instead, provided that it follows ClearGov’s template
- Click OK to complete the upload. Your new adjustments will be in the mapping menu.
