Use this article after: you have uploaded your trial balance and are ready to map your Cash Flow Statement.

Use the steps below to map the accounts and statement lines that make up your Cash Flow Statement. You will need to map both the Cash Flow and Cash Flow Reconciliation models for your Cash Flow Statement to be complete.
- Click Map on the Cash Flow model.
- In the mapping menu, select the statement line you want to map to.
- Having selected the activity type, select Periods and choose the fiscal year you are reporting on.
- Click on Local Rules to begin mapping these accounts.
- Edit an existing rule to include the new statement lines or accounts, or add a new rule. To add a new rule, click the blue plus sign in the top right-hand corner.
- Click the plus sign to add a new condition.
- Click the field menu and select Fiscal Period.
- Select equals underneath Type.
- Select the year in the Value field.
- Click the floppy disc icon to save this condition.
- To choose the statement line to map to the cash flow, add another condition by clicking the plus sign.
- In the field drop-down menu, select an item with Proprietary Funds Statement Structure in the title.
- Click the Select... field and select equals.
- Click on the menu under Value and select the line you want to map.
- Save the line by clicking on the floppy disc icon.
- Click OK.
- Click on the chain icon to link your newly created rule. Don't forget to map accounts in the Cash Flow Reconciliation model as well!
