This guide provides instructions for report editors on how to add and manage images within any image content block—whether a locked content block or an image block added to a content or note page type—as needed to add visuals within the report.

Add and Manage Images in an Image Block Walkthrough
Select Next to move through the guide. You can also zoom in and out of the image by selecting the Magnifying Glass in the bottom right-hand corner. You can view the full guide by selecting the External Link icon.
Key Actions to Know
Add and Manage an Image File
- To Add or Edit an Image, select the image block and click Update
- Note: This will open up a file explorer to find the image to upload.
- If needed, download the image as a file on your computer by selecting the Download icon.
- Select the circled X to delete the image and click Yes to confirm you want to remove the content.
Format Image
- While defaulted to Center align, change the alignment of the image to either Left or Right aligned as necessary.
- If text wrapping is needed, you can select either to wrap the image around the text or break the text around the image.
- While the default is Medium, change the size of the image to either Very Small, Small or Large.
Add Alt Text for Accessibility
- Click Alt to add Alt Text to the image for accessibility.
- Enter a description (up to 255 characters) of the image in the What is the image? box or check the box for This image is decorative to allow people using screen readers to hear these are decorative so they know they aren't missing any important information.
- Click Save when ready to apply the changes.
