This article is intended for: Admin users of the Online Forms (ClearForms) module.
Use this article after: You have begun to receive form submissions and are ready to view them.

The Form Submissions Tab is where you will be able to see all of the submissions that are assigned to you and their status. There are several actions you can take in the Form Submissions tab. Select the action below to navigate directly to that section of the article:
View Form Submissions
Once logged in to Online Forms, navigate to the Form Submissions Tab. Here, you can:
- View at-a-glance detail for forms such as the Applicant, when the form was launched, the submission's Status, the current step the form is on, the form Assignees, and more.
- Select the hyperlinked form ID number to open a specific form.

Select one or more forms by selecting the checkbox to the left of the ID number, and then utilize the actions menu to tag submissions, export to Excel, manage assignees, halt a submission, and delete a submission.
Pro-Tip: Learn how to add tags to form submissions in this article. - Use the filters menu to create a new filter and utilize saved filters. We'll elaborate on filtering and sorting below.
- Select the ellipses icon (...) in the upper right corner of the tab to save the current filter, manage saved filters, and hide filters.
A few things to know about the Form Submission tab:

This tab is designed to prioritize the submissions that you're responsible for taking action on.
- If you want to see forms assigned to all teammates and applicants, toggle the Only assigned to me filter off.
- If a submission is overdue (it's been on the current step longer than that step is supposed to take) it will also show up with an Overdue label in red.
Filter and Sort
The Form Submission Tab shows Active (currently in submission) requests by default and puts those that need attention at the top. To view completed submissions, or search and sort to find a specific form type, you can set filters.
Follow the steps below to add a new filter:
- From the top of the Form Submissions tab, select the + Add Filter dropdown menu.
- Select a parameter for your filter from the available options:
- Applicant
- Completion date
- Completion status
- Form
- Imported
- Launched at
- Output status
- Renewal
- Submission ID
- Tag
- Team
- Time in current step
- Form fields - included in this list are fields from your existing forms (e.g. Property Owner Information: Property Owner Name; Issue License: Expiration Date)
- Your filters will display at the top of the tab. You can add as many filters as needed to find specific information. Within each filter (e.g. Team Is) there will be additional drop-down menus to set parameters, like the specific Team's forms you want to view.
- Save, manage, and hide filters by selecting the ellipses icon (...) in the upper right corner of the tab.
Note: Use the Quick Search box at the top of your page to find a specific submission.
Empty Form Submission Tab?
A blank Form Submissions tab indicates that there are currently no active submissions for any of your forms. If you are new to Online Forms, this tab will begin to populate once you have created a form and received your first submissions.
Include an Identifier Field
Use the Identifier Field feature to customize your Form Submissions tab and find information at a glance. This column—the second from the left—will only display data once an Identifier Field has been selected for that specific form.
