In Getting to Know the Form Submission Tab, you learned about creating filters. Let’s dig into how those filters display your search information on the dashboard.
Filter Options
There are several ways to filter formsand submissions on the dashboard.
- Select a team - Select the team by which you want to filter form/submissions.
- Forms- Filter by form and/or if the form is published, unpublished, closed, archived, or all.
- Assigned to me - Select assigned to me to see the submissions you are tasked with.
- Launched by - Search by the user who started the form.
- Launched at - Search by the date range the form would have been started.
- Time in current step - Filter by more or less than a set number of days from the current step.
- Completion date - Select a date range for when the submission has been completed.
- Completion status - Filter for all, active, completed, or halted submissions.
- Imported - Choose from all, not imported, imported, or specific imported submissions.
- Tag - filter by tag identifier. Note: Custom tags are created within the submission of a form. Tags can be shared between submissions of the same form.
- Output status - Filter for an output of a submission by all, issued, expired, unissued, or revoked.
- Renewal - Search for submissions that have been renewed (is renewal) or have not been renewed (not renewal) or all possible renewals.
You can choose as many filters as you like to achieve the results you want to see displayed on the dashboard.
Pro Tip - If you will use the filters you have selected to run the same dashboard of submissions select Create saved filter to reuse the filters you choose. To use the saved filter select Load a saved filter to choose from the dropdown list of saved filters.
