Highlights of the April 2021 product releases include:
- Digital Budget Book Solution: You can now submit multiple budgets and budget versions to ClearGov that can be used when creating pages in your Digital Budget Book - even if you’re not subscribed to ClearGov Budgets. If you are a ClearGov Budgets user already but want to set a default budget that you created outside of the tool, you can send those to us as well.

All Applications: The left-hand navigation has been simplified to display products at the top and general modules underneath (Data, Charts, Comments, User Management). A handful of tabs that were previously displayed in the left-hand navigation are now nested under the appropriate product tab as a module - creating a cleaner look that’s easier to navigate. Click on the dropdown arrow next to each product to display its modules.
- All Applications: A new Help Widget now appears on the bottom left of the screen as a quick way for searching support center articles. This is also an easy way to leave a message without having to leave your account.
- Capital Budgeting: Capital Budgeting Lite, formerly called Capital Requests, has been completely refreshed with a new design and feature updates to improve your experience. You’ll have access to Capital Budgeting Lite automatically as this is an enhanced version of Capital Requests with new capabilities available at no additional charge.
