Welcome to ClearForms!
What is a Form?
Forms are a series of steps that you put in a logical order so the user knows what to do and the people who receive the Form, be it you or someone else on your team, know what to do with the form.
Forms and Submissions
Form: Every permit, license, etc. created in ClearForms is known as a Form.
Submission: When an applicant launches a specific Form is known as a Submission.
You have been invited to complete a Form through ClearForms… Now what?
If you have not used ClearForms before, you will be prompted to create an account.
How to Sign up for ClearForms
Starting a New Submission
After receiving an invitation to join a Form, or following a URL to complete a Form, you will land on the Start Page. Before you can start a submission however, you must configure an account.
Start Page
ClearForms requires individuals and businesses to create accounts so that they can access their applications at any time.
All that's required for a ClearForms account is that you add your email and set up a password. It only takes a few seconds to create an account!
Signing back in
After you create an account and start one or more Submissions, you'll be able to sign back into https://go.citygrows.com anytime and check on the status of any application, license, or permit you've filed.
Provided you sign in with the same email, you can access all the ClearForms Submissions you've started in one place. After creating an account and signing in successfully, you are able to select Start to begin the Submission.
Note: In the event you forget your password, you can always select Forgot Password on the login page.
Discussions
If at any time during the application Submission, you want to communicate with the Form administrator(s), select the Discussion tab from inside of the active Submission.
- Inside of an active Submission, or in-progress application, select the Discussion tab in the top right-hand corner to begin a conversation.
-
Select New Discussion.
- Type your message into the text box.
-
The response will populate here in a threaded discussion. Check back into the Discussion tab to continue the conversation by replying.
