- The Filter Bar - You can filter on any column to bring up the employee(s) you wish to review information on.
- Selecting the Filled Position ID will drill into that individual employee's detail page.
- General Information is displayed, such as the employee’s first or last name, Employee ID, Start Date, Initial Step Date, Unit, Department/Division, Job Code, and Grade. To the right, see the total compensation for the budget year. This value represents a blended rate, combining all steps in the budget year based on step date.
- Job Information is displayed, such as Job Title, Initial Budget Step, Annual Salary, FTE, Account ID, Allocation(s), and Total Wages.
- Lastly, Additional Pay & Benefits Information is displayed by type, Option(s), Account ID, Allocation(s), and Total Additional Pay or Total Benefits.
- The Maximize button - To display as much information as possible, select the Maximize button to expand the table.
- The Column Menu - Choose which columns are displayed or hidden by selecting or deselecting items in the Column menu.
Reviewing Vacant Positions
If you need to review vacancies, select the Positions tab, then select the Vacant Positions subtab.
Note: An empty vacancy page means your department(s) do not currently have any vacancies in the system.
