Dynamic Figures - Existing Dynamic Figures

The Existing Dynamic Figures choice will allow you to select from a list of previously created figures. There are three tabs at the top to separate existing Dynamic Figures between:

• The Account Based Figures tab displays any figures created with the Account Mapping or Dimension Grouping options.
• The Manual Entries tab displays the figures that have any values entered through the Manual Entry options. 
• The Formulas tab displays any created dynamic formulas. 

1. In the Dynamic Figure Options choose the Existing Dynamic Figures input method. 
2. Select either Account Based Figures, Manual Entries, or Formulas. 
3. Utilize the Search box to look for keywords for existing figures.
4. Choose what columns to display from the Columns Menu.
5. Row Group to easily sort formulas. 
6. Select the existing figure you wish to use in the document/statement. 
7. Verify that the value is correct, then select Save & Insert Dynamic Figure to add it to your narrative.

Pro Tip: Select the Actions menu to View Details on an existing figure.
