Transparency - Create Projects in Transparency

The ClearGov Projects application was designed to quickly create and publish project pages that shine a spotlight on capital development and help spread the word by enabling visitors to subscribe to email updates. The template-driven page takes only minutes to populate and post and helps organizations share project timelines, documents, budgets, and more in one centralized location.

A Few Things to Note About Projects

There are multiple ways to add projects to your Transparency center depending on the combination of subscriptions you have in ClearGov. If these instructions do not fit your needs, please talk to your ClearGov point of contact.

• If you are using Capital Budgeting, you can select and send Capital Budgeting requests over to Projects instead of creating one in Transparency: learn about this process here. 
• If you are using Capital Project Tracking without a subscription to Transparency, you will maintain and share projects directly from your Capital Project Tracker.
  • If you have a subscription to both Capital Project Tracking and Transparency, you can share projects from both places! Learn more about this process here: Capital Project Tracking - Enable Project Pages on the Web

Create a Project 

To create a project, log in to your ClearGov account. 

1. Select Transparency in the navigation sidebar to enter the Transparency module.
2. Select the Projects option.
3. Select the Add New Project button.
