Once you Generate a Project Page from Capital Budgeting, your new capital project will be listed in the Transparency center My Projects folder.
- Navigate to the Transparency center module
- Select Projects..
- To make your page available to your constituents, use the Available to the Public toggle.

Further customize the information included on your project page by selecting the Actions 3 dot button. The Edit action will take you into the project detail page where you can add information such as Project Timeline, Project Management, and Staffing.
- Note: Project pages with a live link to Capital Budgeting cannot be edited from the project page. Any changes must be made in the original Capital Budgeting Request Detail page. To unlink the Project from the Request, select the “Unlink Project from Request” link in the banner at the top of the project page.
Navigate the Project Page

From the Editor tab, edit your project management details:
- Keep your constituents informed with details about the project management stage, staffing, and the project timeline.
- Add new panels to further customize the information display on your page.

Control who receives notifications about the constituent comments in the Page Management tab.
- By default, the user who sent the request to the Projects application will be notified of comments. Add additional contributors as appropriate.

Control the status of your project in the Page Status tab. There are three project status options to choose from Proposed, Active, and Archived.
- For Proposed projects, you can optionally set a date to change the status to Active automatically.
- For Active projects, you can optionally set a date to change the status to Archived automatically.
For Archived projects, you are required to enter a date on which the project was archived.
