To keep your Transparency Center fresh, make sure to provide your most recent revenue and expense actuals to ClearGov. The Transparency Center enables you to show current year budget-to-actuals.
If you choose this option, we recommend sending monthly (or quarterly) updates.
Alternatively, you can send actuals at the end of your fiscal year, either unaudited or audited.
Simply select the Data Request form in the Support and Training widget from the home screen of your ClearGov application or follow the link provided here: Data Request Form.
