Once you are signed into ClearGov, navigate to the Transparency module in the left-hand navigation bar. Then, select the Financial Data tile.
Once you are in Transparency - Financial Data, there are the following settings:

Default Financial Data - Choose between Native and ClearGov chart of accounts. Read this FAQ to understand the difference between ClearGov and Native categories.
- Toggle on or off the origins to present on the profile.
- Select the default Chart of Accounts to present on your profile.

Feature Settings - Manage the level of detail displayed and toggle on or off the ability to download financials.
- Show Client Data - Toggle on to publicly display the revenue and expense data you sent to ClearGov. Toggle off to hide and show only state/census data.
- Show 'Download Financials' - Toggle on to enable visitors to your Transparency Profile to download financials to an Excel spreadsheet from the Expenditure and Revenue tabs of your Transparency site. Toggle off to hide this button from your Transparency Page.
- Show Line Item Detail - Toggle on to display line item detail under each lowest-level category in the financial tables of your Expenditure and Revenue pages on your Transparency site.. Toggle off to hide line item detail.
- Show Per Capita/Year - Toggle on to display per capita calculations on your Transparency site's Overview, Revenues, and Expenditures pages. Toggle this option off to remove any per capita or per year calculations on those pages.

Default Fund - Set the default and available Funds to display.
- The Default Fund will be the default selected in your financial pages of your Transparency site, such as the Revenue and Expenditure pages. Most organizations choose General Fund or Governmental Funds.
- Selecting Funds Available for Display enables you to display all or some of your native data funds that ClearGov has categorized. All funds are set to display by default, but uncheck the ones you do not want to display.

Financial Summing - Determine the categories to include in roll-up calculations.
- This section provides a way to exclude items from rolling up to parent groupings. For example, you most likely do not want to include transfers in roll-up calculations.
- By default all categories are checked, uncheck the ones you would like to exclude. You can select categories to include/exclude in both ClearGov and Native categories.
