Set the specific years of data that display throughout your Transparency site. The years determined will display in charts and financial tables in your Revenue and Expenditure pages of your Transparency site.
To begin, navigate to the Transparency Module and then select the Years tile.
For each year for which data exists in ClearGov, you have the following options:
- Available to Public - Choose to publicly display that year's data by setting the Available to Public? toggle to ON.
- Show Actual/ Budgeted - Choose which type of data is the default for figures and charts - Actual or Budgeted. Click on Actual or Budgeted to select.
- Show Forecasted Figures - Choose to show budget figures or not. Set the Show Budgeted Figures? toggle to ON to display.
- Default Finances for Figures & Charts - Choose between Actual or Budgeted to be the default financial data presented on your Transparency site.
