On the Funding and Expenditures pages for a School’s Transparency Center, you will see options to view the data broken down by any of the mapped dimensions in your chart of accounts in ClearGov’s data onboarding tool.
Select the dimension you’d like to see data categorized by in the View By dropdown menu, and the charts will reflect slices of financial data for the values of that dimension category.
The dimensions available for selection in this dropdown menu, as well as the defaults on the Funding and Expenditures pages, are controlled in the Financial Data page.
From the left-hand navigation sidebar, navigate to the Engage section and select Transparency. From there, select Financial Data.
On the Financial Data page, navigate to the Data Settings panel to select which categories to display and be selected as default by visitors of those pages.
