Highlights of the November 2020 product release include:
- Digital Budget Book Solution: You now have the ability to choose when to publish your Digital Budget Book for public consumption. You can also disable the public version, only allowing access to internal users.
- Digital Budget Book Solution: After noticing that many of our clients were using the Department Pages to create pages focused on funding sources (e.g. a page called “Taxes”), we decided to create a whole new section in our Digital Budget Books dedicated to Funding Sources. These Funding Source Pages work just like Department Pages.
- Digital Budget Book Solution: We have added the ability to display sub-line item detail in tables throughout your budget book. As a reminder, these tables can be copied and pasted into your preferred spreadsheet program for further calculation and manipulation.
- Digital Budget Book Solution: Based on client feedback, we made several improvements to printing capabilities, including the ability to preview a single page rather than waiting for your full budget book to render and be emailed to you.
- Budget Editor Solution: We added the ability for sub-requesters to add sub-sub-requesters to enable further collaboration in your budgeting process. Furthermore, since we have added an infinite number of sub-requester layers, the app will now force submit via a “reverse waterfall," meaning a sub-requester will be force submitted to the requester and the requester will be force submitted to the primary user.
