From the Scenario tab of Capital Budgeting:
- Select Create New Scenario in the upper right-hand corner of the table.

Within the pop-up Create Scenario modal:
- Name your Scenario
- Enter a Description (optional)

Adjust the length of the scenario to the number of years you wish to forecast.
Note: Your scenario can be anywhere from one year to the maximum number of years you set in the Program Timeline when you created that Capital Budget - Decide whether you'd like to exclude all of your requests, include all of your requests, or include only requests you’ve marked as included in your Request Manager.
- Select Create Scenario. The system will open the Scenario Detail Page for your new page automatically.
