FAQ: Why am I getting an error for the Contributor Email in my Capital Request Import?

Are you importing Capital Requests and getting the error message Email address is not valid?

Follow the steps below to correct that email address field. 

• Confirm that all Contributors assigned to your requests have been added to this capital budget.
• The contributor’s email address must be identical in the spreadsheet as it is in User Management.
• There can be no extra spaces before or after the email address.
