This checklist is intended to assist Editors with creating a new Fiscal Year's Operational Budget after their first year. Use this checklist when ever you start a new Operational Budget for a refresher and next steps.
Before You Begin...
Make Sure Your Previous Budget's Request Round is Closed
When you close a request round, we will automatically save a version of what was initially requested and the final numbers when closed. This then will carry forward into this year's budget.
This will also lead to less confusion when starting a new request round and less user error entering into the wrong budget.
