If you are looking to delete or hide accounts and upload a new set of accounts, this process can affect your data in our products in the following ways:
- Operational Budgeting: Any existing budget figures, notes, comments, and attachments will be lost. You will need to record this information for any incorrect accounts and manually re-add it after the change.
- Our recommendations are:
- Capital Budgeting and Personnel Budgeting: Any previously selected accounts will be removed and must be reselected manually.
- It is recommended to run an Allocations Detail Report and export before any accounts are removed or hidden.
- Digital Budget Book: Pages that contain these line items, or categories that contain these line items, will be affected. To prevent changes, please finalize and lock your book before we proceed.
