Notes that are added to accounts and itemizations in Operational Budgeting can be exported to share with stakeholders and constituents via Reports.

Exporting Notes with Operational Budgeting Reports
Notes can be added to Operational Budgeting reports by including the Notes column in the report. To do this, follow these steps:
- Navigate to an Operational Budgeting report.
- Open the Columns menu by selecting Columns on the right side of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Columns menu and expand Additional Info.
- Select the checkbox to the left of Note. You will now see a Note column in your report. If this column is blank, notes have not yet been added to this budget. Learn how to add them in this Support Center article: Operational Budgeting - Add Commentary to the Budget.
- Select the Export button to export your report to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
