A Version refers to any referenceable data within the ClearGov products. Versions are data sets that indicate the specific stage within the budget cycle for your actuals or budgeted data.
Our system can accommodate as many versions of budgeted and actual data as your organization needs. Examples may include YTD Actuals, Approved, Amended, etc.

Pro-Tip: Not seeing the version of data you were expecting? Check the default versioning in the Financials tool as well as the version selected in the Data Source of a Document.
